2.1 Browsing Data
It is possible to access the website without the need to provide any personal data. This information is not collected with the intent of associating it with users, but by its nature, it could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow them to be identified. MMN processes such data to monitor the technical operation and performance of the site, to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site (such as, in particular, the number of accesses), and to understand how to improve services and further develop them. These data, which are necessary to ensure the provision of the website, are deleted a few hours after processing. The legal basis for the processing of such data is the legitimate interest pursued by the Data Controller (Art. 6, para. 1, letter f) of the GDPR).

You will not be asked to provide health data or, more generally, special categories of personal data referred to in Article 9 of the GDPR.The data provided will be processed and retained only for the time strictly necessary to answer your queries and provide the requested information or to manage your specific requests. The legal basis for processing such data is the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6, para. 1, letter b) of the GDPR).

2.4. Data Collected Through Subscription to Our Newsletter
If, when visiting this website, you choose to subscribe to our Newsletter, MMN will process your personal data (email address) only with your specific and separate consent (Art. 7 of the GDPR) to send you news and promotional materials by email regarding events, services, or products offered by the Data Controller (for marketing purposes). The data provided for subscribing to our Newsletter will be retained until you choose to cancel your subscription, which can be done at any time through the link included at the bottom of each email sent. The legal basis for processing such data is the consent provided by the data subject (Art. 6, para. 1, letter a) of the GDPR).

3. Methods of Processing

The data collected as described in section 2) will be processed using paper-based, IT, and telematic tools with organizational and processing methods strictly related to the purposes outlined in the Privacy and Cookie Policy. In any case, the data will be handled in a way that ensures their security, integrity, and confidentiality, in compliance with the organizational, physical, and logical measures required by current regulations. Personal data will be processed internally by authorized personnel, under the authority of the Data Controller, and trained on regulatory principles and logical and technological security procedures (Art. 32, para. 4 of the GDPR).

4. Scope of Data Communication and Disclosure

Without prejudice to communications carried out in compliance with legal obligations or an order from judicial or public security authorities, MMN may share your data with external partners or suppliers. The recipients of your data are our service providers responsible for mail marketing and the implementation of promotional and advertising campaigns, who help us deliver our services by handling, under our supervision, all or part of the data processing operations. In no case will your data be disclosed to the public.

5. Transfer of Data Outside the European Union

Your personal data is stored in electronic and/or paper format on servers and/or physical archives located at the Data Controller’s premises. However, it is understood that, if necessary, the Data Controller may move the servers outside the EU, for example, in the case of using Cloud services. In such cases, the Data Controller guarantees that the transfer of data outside the EU will be carried out in compliance with applicable legal provisions, including the prior establishment of standard contractual clauses as mandated by the European Commission.
