#2 12x12x12 double coregated box,I like to always wrap my helmet first in a plastic bag large enough,then line the bottom with packing peanuts or good thick bubble wrap,then I turn the helmet upside down and place in the middle of the box usually wrapped in bubble wrap, all helmet components I bubble wrap and place in plastic zip lock bags and place in the helmet as its facing upside down..then fill the 4 corners of the box with lots of peanuts or bubble wrap all the way to the top,then I slice a piece of cardboard and lay across top then close the flaps on top of the box and tape using 3 inch wide packing tape.....I always ship usps 2-3 day priority mail with extra insurance but the tracking can be spotty
