Organic Lansdowne pinot noir and Kuipto gewrztraminer. Hand picked 1 day apart. Co carbonic macerated (think Beaujolais Nouveau) to become forever friends. Raspberry jube, lychee and rose petals on a bed of herbs. The perfect all day aperitif ensued, served with a chill.* Native yeast ferment, unfined, minimal filtering and sulphur. *Just place in the fridge for 20
