Gum - 'A Field 2024' Viognier 750ml special~bfcm This extra hoppy"Viognier grown on the pre Cambrian era soils of Heathcote, Victoria. Organically grown viognier from Toolleen was pressed firmly as whole clusters. The juice was fermented and aged in a combination of stainless steel and seasoned Stockinger puncheons. An expressive wine Earl Grey tea, white flower potpourri and herbal inflections lead to fuzzy white peach and tangerine zest. I am deeply fond of the gastronomic white wines of the Rhone valley and
