Pretty In Pink - 8x10" Siamese Cat Painting meta-cat-gallery It's called ‘Black and Proud’

It's called ‘Black and Proud’ because black cats nad dogs are so often overlooked in rescue centres

I love the way she's holding her head

yellows and greens in his coat

We tried to stop him begging only to find that he'd taken a more creative approach

Pretty In Pink - 8x10" Siamese Cat Painting meta-cat-gallery It's called ‘Black and Proud’8x10 oil painting on board A graceful Siamese cat who knows shes gorgeous. Painted in oils on a bright pink background, shes full of elegance, confidence, and a hint of mischief. The first Siamese Ive done in oils for ages, and shes definitely made me fall in love with them all over again. The colours shift with the light, glowing with a golden warmth on sunny days and taking on cooler, almost lilac tones in the shade.
