Wettkampf Kettlebell | Competition Kettlebell abmat-ab-roll als es aussiehtWhy competition kettlebells are different With regular cast iron kettlebells, the size grows with the weight. The problem: your grip, arm position, and entire handling changes every time you switch weight. The competition kettlebell solves that. Whether 8 kg or 32 kg the dimensions stay the same. The diameter is always 21 cm, the handle always 3. 5 cm. You train with clean technique without having to readjust every time you go up or down in weight.
