Warikomi Knife dwayne - the rest is upWarikomi knife blade is made from SK High Carbon steel, which hides into the iron nickel plated handle. The V shaped blade lets you use the knife on either hand. The blade opens by Chikiri lever and stays open with friction, withouth a separate locking mechanism. When the knife is brand new, the blade can be a bit tight but will loosen up over time.
