Walter Scott Freedom Hill Vineyard Chardonnay 2024 Region:Willamette Valley In no particular order weStanding against the coast range across from the Eola Hills, Freedom Hill is one of Walter Scott's oldest contracts. True to the vineyard's reputation, this Chardonnay is bold, with big gobs of orange and peach fruit, full body, and full throttle acidity. Fans of Jobard will especially appreciate the tension here, and it may be the most age worthy wine of either color on this list. Decanting is strongly recommended.
