This hat has a felt base with glossy navy blue and white feathers. It's in a turban shape with an extra piece in the front to give it height. This hat is in Good Vintage Condition, some of the feathers are missing but the ones that remain can be moved to cover the small, sparse spots. The hat still presents beautifully! Condition: Good
